Thank God my back zits have never been quite as bad looking as this turkeys neck, BUT I am a full grown adult I still get pimples, UGH!  The ones on my face I have had pretty much under control for quite a long time, but I also got gross, yucky, big (hormonal) back zits.  I was at a complete loss for what to do.  I mean wouldn't it be great if there were a way to just cure body acne?

Why are back zits different than face zits?

Back zits are (obviously) zits that form on your back.  They are often big and yucky and kind of feel like cysts.  I only rarely ever get these babies on my face, but used to get them on my back frequently.

Treating back acne doesn't have to be difficult.  One of the first things you can do is to wear clothes that are made of natural materials like cotton.  Synthetics like polyester and rayon don't let your skin breathe and can make back pimples worse.
