Body Acne Treatment: How To Choose A System that Works (Without Spending a Fortune)
One of the things I've wondered about is why when 75% of people who deal with face pimples also get body pimples there are not more body acne treatments available in the marketplace?
Do the zit treatment manufacturers expect us to use the face formulas on our backs, chests, and butts. Would it even work?

#1. Active ingredients are key.

I'm not sure, but I think the people that make that stuff expect me to be convinced by pretty packaging when all I really want is to have my pimples gone, gone, gone.
When you are buying a treatment product or system, it MUST contain one of these two ingredients, or you are just wasting your time and money. The two magic ingredients are salicylic acid OR benzoyl peroxide. You DO NOT want both ingredients in one product unless you have a strong desire to fry your skin.
Of these two magnificent acne obliterators I would always go for salicylic acid first. It works better (always a good thing) and is much easier on your skin.
#2. Use the KISS method
Don't you agree that too complicated it just too complicated? I have a strong dislike of super expensive systems that take seven steps to give you clear skin. There has to be an easier way!
