Now, I know you don't know me from Adam, BUT I have to tell you that adult back acne stinks (well, not usually literally).  It must be genetic, because I remember my mom saying, "Someday, I'll grow up and stop getting pimples".  Well, she is almost 60 and it hasn't happened yet...

Next, if you are trying to treat back zits, you don't want anything to complicated.  Unless you do Yoga everyday, your back is not all that easy to reach.  So choose something that is easy like a body wash.  Because, an acne treatment system is only good if you use it.
